  • TECHNICAL SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - INSURANCE

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role located in Mississauga, ON, for a Technical Service Representative. The position requires an individual with strong attention to detail and accuracy who will support an established team of Account Managers in processing all new business and re-writes as well as renewals and endorsements. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong customer relationships and addressing any inquiries promptly and professionally.


    Responsibilities:

    • Understand and operate within the insurance company portals
    • Upload new business policies and endorsements to the company portals
    • Data entry and invoicing of transactions in Broker Management System (Power Broker)
    • Conduct Daily EDI Process - Tag and sort policy downloads and memos
    • Ensure accurate processing of policy documentation such as renewals, new policies, and endorsements
    • Assist in preparing Quotations, Proposals, Binders, Ordering MVRs & Auto Plus Reports and other assignments as requested
    • Accurately read and interpret Hits, MVR and DASH / Autoplus reports 
    • Set up pre-authorized payments and document claims information on files 
    • Provide an exceptional customer experience at every interaction internally and externally
    • Perform administrative tasks and special projects if necessary: surveys, reporting, policy downloads, reconciliations etc

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
    • Experience working in Power Broker (BMS)
    • Previous experience in Personal Lines Insurance Processing and Brokerage Support
    • Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently
    • RIBO license is highly preferred

  • PERSONAL LINES ACCOUNT MANAGER – RIBO LICENSED

    Personal Lines Account Manager - RIBO Licensed

Our licensed team, accredited through the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario (RIBO), is dedicated to guiding and educating clients throughout the insurance process.     We are looking for a conscientious individual who is experienced, detail-oriented and organized, to join our Personal Lines Team in Mississauga. If you are a RIBO licensed broker with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills this position may be right for you.

    This position requires a solid knowledge base of Personal Lines insurance products. You will be responsible for client service on our full book of Personal Lines accounts in accordance with our company standards. 


    Responsibilities Include:

    • Full sales and service process: prepare quotes and applications, handle renewals, and policy changes. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, client-focused approach.
    • Remarket and retain current clients through responsive customer service, renewal reviews and suitable coverage recommendations. Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
    • Perform essential front-line underwriting - collecting and reviewing all required documentation. 
    • Aptitude in using Power Broker (BMS) and Applied Rating Services (Quoting).
    • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with all brokerage and insurer guidelines.

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • Holds a RIBO license in good standing
    • Is familiar with Power Broker (BMS) and Applied Rating Services. 
    • Has 2+ years experience as a Personal Lines Broker. 
    • Can communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing. 
    • Has proficiency in Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook
